Social Recruiting Manager - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join BGL Group as a Social Recruiting Manager; leading the social recruiting agenda for the group and improving the firms digital footprint across multiple high profile brands like comparethemarket.com & Bennetts. This new high profile role is initially offered as a fixed-term contract and the incumbent will play a key role within the group serving as the knowledge expert for social recruiting and developing and delivering a comprehensive social strategy.
What's the role?
It sounds simple - you will lead, design and implement social recruiting tactics across the established recruitment teams. In practice this means working with multiple stakeholders and colleagues at different sites and with different recruitment challenges to devise a strategy that empowers recruiters to function effectively as digital marketers.
You will spend a significant portion of your time keeping informed on current events and trends in the social recruiting space and using analytical insight to extract meaningful information on our current recruitment activity. You will play a key role in managing the delivery of the Employer Brand Marketing Campaign and you will be the champion of excellent candidate experience across the digital estate.
Who might this role fit?
You may have spent some time in a fast-paced recruiting environment -agency or in-house or perhaps you come from a digital marketing background. You will certainly be used to delivering to challenging targets in a fast-paced environment and be great at building rapport with colleagues and stakeholders alike.
