Our multinational partner, a leading service provider for international freight transport trade is looking for a Customer Service Representative for its subsidiary office located in Budapest.
- Providing administrative support to the CCR Manager - Communicate with clients in Slovak and English - Provide customers with product and service information - Indentify research and resolve customer issues using the own CRM system of the company - Follow-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved - Manage delayed payments, providing notices to customers - Monitor trends in customer issues and provide information on general trends to management - Recommend ideas in possible proccess improvements to management - Upsell products and services
- BA degree preferably in economics or commercial studies - Fluent Slovak language both written and oral is a MUST - At least intermediate English knowledge both written and oral - At least 2-3 years work experience is a must - High MS Office literacy - Good communication skills - Analytical way of thinking - Ability to work with tight deadlines
