Sharepoint Developer

Tasks and responsibility:

•    Provide application development solutions and services
•    Delivery of quality products on a timely manner within budget constraints
•    Collaborate with the business partners to identify needs
•    Define business requirements with the business partner so that it contains sufficient and appropriate details to design and develop the required feature
•    Help the business to keep processes lean and Workflow reasonable, evaluate alternative business solutions
•    Develop and adopt, test and implement solutions that meet the standards and customers’ needs
•    Participate in reviews
•    Provide supporting documentation, training related to the system design
•    Anticipate, resolve issues and provide technical solutions for assigned projects to help to minimize project risk
•    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends, best practices, guidelines, standards and technical expertise in portal and web technology.
•    Builds a knowledge base of the organization




•    MSC or BSC in Information Technology or equivalent experience
•    Possess an excellent knowledge and experience of SharePoint 2007, 2010 and 2013 Servers
•    Experience developing SharePoint 2013 Workflows with Workflow Manager.
•    Three (3) plus years of experience in software development with C#, Visual Studio IDE 2012, .NET 4.0+ Framework, ASP.NET, ADO.NET. WCF, WPF, and WF.
•    Has expert knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint Designer 2013, InfoPath, and InfoPath Forms Services
•    Be competent in Microsoft SharePoint Object Model
•    Understanding of SharePoint Server 2013 architecture, server-side object model, and client-side object models.
•    Have commercial experience of using Visual Studio 2010/2013
•    Create and maintain technical documentation relating to the system design
•    Interact with other IT support teams, business areas and third parties in the investigation, resolution and escalation of problems and incidents, ensuring that Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets for application availability are maintained
•    Customer focused mindset

•    Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
•    Has a passion to learn new things
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
