We are looking for a
Shared Service Administrator


  • Providing daily accounting-, and administrative tasks:
    • Suppliers-customers
    • Bank
    • Mixed postings
  • Making settlements, statistics, analysis periodically
  • Handling Microsoft Excel tables (at least intermediate level)
  • Daily administration / data recording
  • Active participation in the monthly / quarterly / yearly closing tasks
  • Supporting the audit and the controlling activities



  • College or university degree
  • Fluent English knowledge (both written and oral)
  • Good computer skills – high level of Excel knowledge
  • Self-confidence, proactivity and flexibility are required
  • Correctness and precision
  • Request for certificate will be processed by the company


  • Knowledge of other European languages
  • Intermediate level or college financial / economical qualification
