As an Avaya and Cisco Support Specialist your tasks will be the following: - Support clients in Avaya and Cisco related problems via email and telephone - 1st level technical support - Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems for a dedicated global client - Be in touch with other teams - Analyse and solve problems - Manage 3rd party telecommunications suppliers
- Fluent English and German/French/Spanish knowledge is a must - Cisco / Avaya knowledge is very beneficial - Good computer knowledge - Ability to troubleshoot technical issues - Problem-solving skills - Requires 0 -12 months of experience
