Our multinational client is a leader in its sector and we are currently looking for a Service Request Coordinator to their Budapest-based office.
Service Request Coordinator
Responsibilities • Be part of a virtual team and is responsible for handling enterprise customers’ IT and Telecommunication service requests including all commercial, problem solving and delivery aspects. • He/she takes ownership of the timely completion of the customer request: from technical design, pricing/proposal creation and ordering, • He/she is directly performing some pricing and ordering activities and involves • He/she keeps the requestor informed about the progress of his request via direct contacts and system updates. • He/she manages the handovers between the different departments and promptly raises and resolves any issue.
• Fluent English and German speaker • Excellent commercial understanding, communication and problem solving skills in a changing environment • Great Team Player and passion for delivering a great customer and business service • Good knowledge of MS Office Applications and agile with systems and processes • Bachelor degree (Business and Economics field) or 1+ years relevant working experience in SSC/Customer Service environment
