YOUR TASK
  • Service Management for managed service(s)

  • Acts as a lead in the estabilished governance strucure

  • Cares for client requests regarding Application Management business

  • Responsible to communicate with the client and with his own team, and also bears responsibility for SLA/OLA-s of his own managed service

YOUR PROFIL
  • The employee is an expert for ITIL Service Management, ideally with either ITIL expert or intermediate level

  • Experience in transitions, and service mangement

  • Worked on programs, ideally as a service or project manager

  • German language skill is core, English is appreciated.

  • Is a team player and enjoys working in international teams

  • Communication skills and ability to perform presentations on management Level needed
