REPORTS TO: Service Director



The Service Manager is mainly responsible for working with clients to help facilitate business needs and requests for their customer base. This position will recruit and hire prospective employees, management of filed personnel, financial & sales responsibilities, creation and negotiation of contracts, productivity metrics creation and implementation, and office administration.


  • Make sure that the Hungary office is following up country requirements & Legislations to be in compliance
  • Provides support to all levels of management and personnel
  • Manages field employees; including employee contracts, contract reviews, employee performance evaluations, identifying training and job assignment, mobilization of field employees, and addressing daily employee needs and requests
  • Manages sales and financial responsibilities; including inventory analysis, accounts
  • receivable, invoice review, and Operating Plan targets
  • Assists with recruiting and hiring prospective employees by interviewing candidates and assessing job qualifications
  • Works closely with the clients to successfully accommodate all business needs.
  • Mobilization Logistics – Oversee the mobilization/demobilization process for their field employees
  • Contract/Assignment Letters Logistics – Contract review and negotiation of terms and conditions
  • Employee Relations – Maintain positive employee relations and resolve employee performance issues in a timely manner
  • Keeps information accurate and updated in all systems – Oracle, PowerSource, etc
  • Obtains complete job mobilization data, employee feedback, and weekly reports.
  • Assists with HR issues, employee safety issues, Time & Expense review/approval, company initiatives, and other office related activities
  • Performs other duties as assigned


  • Arrange and attend to Day 2 and other EHS calls
  • Conduct Site EHS audits
  • Conduct Outage Readiness Review Calls (ORR)
  • Attend and Participate EHS I&I Weekly Meetings
  • Safety – injury Reporting and investigation


  • Lead corrective actions from Safety Observations
  • Study outage Scope of work (SOW)
  • Preparing Bids
  • Make sure that Net Performance Score is met the requirements


  • Analyze Site specific Requirements /Procedures/Work Permits prior to mobilization,
  • Review Outage Tracker
  • Manage resources and vendors
  • Tooling / Consumables verification & Inventory


  • Sales Forecast
  • Operations Plan vs Actual prep. & Review.
  • Coordinating and managing billing
  • Controlling Accounts payable & accounts receivable processes
  • T&L management
  • Reviewing vendor rhythms
  • Purchase Order Management.
  • Approve Supplier Invoices
  • Review Credit Card Aging reports


  • Daily rhythm with Field Service Coordinators/Resource Management./EHS/HR
  • Reviewing Vacation and R&R Report
  • Conducting Monthly Supervisor Call
  • Talent review Rhythm
  • Communicate with Site Teams to update knowledge of job status


  • Exercise excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and management skills
  • Possess troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with all levels of employees
  • Understand office formats and procedures, including Microsoft Office Suite and Internet


Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field with minimum three to five years sales and project management experience; experience in power generation or technical industry can be substituted for degree and/or sales & project management experience.
