Service Manager (BSC)

Our multinational client is currently looking for a talented, experienced Service Manager to its Budapest based office.

Feladatok:

- Serve as a Global Information Security SME Senior Manager overseeing the Identity and Privileged Access Management team. This team provides SME support for the strategic Privileged ID Management tools.
- Be responslible for leading and overseeing complex operational and project oriented identity management
- Lead and manage an information security subject matter expert team
- Support critical 24x7 identity security administration functions for a global user base including off hour and on-call support
- Provide the team's representation for global information security working groups, committees, and other key stakeholder meetings
- Attend and lead meetings in fast paced environment communicating security topics effectively at all levels of the organization
- Support problem and incident management processes for security and identity administration incidents
- Develop strong relationships with all key stakeholders
- Provide project oversight and tracking including audit CAPs, Risk Exceptions, and other projects
- Provide oversight for process control manuals for Application SME processes
- Provide Audit / MCA support

Elvárások:

- 5+ years management and leadership experience in a large scale organization
- 5+ years working knowledge of information security tools, practices, and standards
- Fluent English knowledge (at least C1)
- Familiarity with Privileged ID management
- Ability to manage a team to deliver high service levels while seeking continuous process improvement
- Strong team building skills with the ability to shape and influence culture
- Must be able to handle a heavy workload while working under pressure
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be committed to the delivery of quality customer service
- IT/IS background
- Proven strong people management skills, negotiation skills
