We are looking for candidates in the following role:
- Ensure proactive escalations of any major service impact to both internally as well as externally service
- Maintain a quality business relationship with customer service manager
- Manage Team resource and performance
- Update service review minutes and ensure statistics are included
- Facilitate and lead service review calls
- Provide high level professional customer service in an efficient manner
- Actively promote the team's understanding of relevant tasks and procedural information through effective knowledge management
- At least three years’ experience in the Customer Service field.
- Have a proven track record demonstrating the skills and qualities outlined in this document.
- ITIL awareness and experience in following ITIL guidelines.
- Advanced level English language skills
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Flexible, adaptable and able to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good leadership skills
- Good Customer Service Support skills
