Service Desk Team Leader


Feladatok:

  • Manage the performance of services to customers
  • Ultimate responsibility for ownership of all customers incidents or logged service requests;
  • Track the incidents to conclusion in line with SLAs and quality standards;
  • Manage critical customers incidents, associated to customer communication, activities and any appropriate escalations
  • Provide information about incidents analysis and KPIs;
  • Assign, direct, and check the work of team members to activities under your control. 
  • Developing agents through continuous coaching and feedback, focusing on behaviors and skills. 
  • Participate and support the Quality Monitoring and Performance Management processes.

Elvárások:

  • University degree
  • Fluent English knowledge
  • Minimum 2 years as a Leader in SSC Service desk field
  • Customer- and service-oriented thinking
  • Planning, organization and management of the work
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Happy to support others, a lot of motivation and a positive attitude
