Service Desk Team Leader
- Manage the performance of services to customers
- Ultimate responsibility for ownership of all customers incidents or logged service requests;
- Track the incidents to conclusion in line with SLAs and quality standards;
- Manage critical customers incidents, associated to customer communication, activities and any appropriate escalations
- Provide information about incidents analysis and KPIs;
- Assign, direct, and check the work of team members to activities under your control.
- Developing agents through continuous coaching and feedback, focusing on behaviors and skills.
- Participate and support the Quality Monitoring and Performance Management processes.
- University degree
- Fluent English knowledge
- Minimum 2 years as a Leader in SSC Service desk field
- Customer- and service-oriented thinking
- Planning, organization and management of the work
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Happy to support others, a lot of motivation and a positive attitude
