Service Desk Specialist


Feladatok


  • Takes full ownership of issues, troubleshooting, ensures that they are followed through from start to finish and that all parties involved are informed of updates

  • Deliver a positive, memorable and meaningful service which exceeds the expectations of the users

  • Ensures at all times that users receive the best possible attention and assistance in addressing requests and resolving problems

  • Own and update end users’ guides and instructions

  • Build and maintain knowledge base

  • Participate in the rotational based extended support hours’ coverage


Elvárások


  • Proactive, logical, efficient and self-motivated with a creative approach to problem solving

  • High level of flexibility and outstanding stress management

  • Sound knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Solid understanding of networking and end user computing hardware and devices

  • Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing

  • Passion and drive to progress into a senior role


Előny


  • Hands-on experience with any ITSM tool

  • Knowing any other European language

  • Healthcare or service industry background
