SERVICE DESK MITARBEITER/MITARBEITERIN (LEVEL1 SUPPORT) KF16-83


Ihr Aufgabengebiet:
  • Call and Incident Handling 
  • Provide first level call, email, and chat support to customer’s PC, including software and hardware related issues. 
  • Assign unsolved cases to the appropriate IT teams. 
  • Log all calls in the Helpdesk tracking database in English simultaneously with handling the call in GERMAN language 
  • Instruct users on ICT processes 
  • Help to improve and implement new technologies, tools, processes and policies 
  • Document new technical solutions 
  • Document and share best practices and with other colleagues 

Ihr Profil:
  • Fluent in German AND English 
  • 3+ Months experience in Call Center / Help Desk environment OR Education at bachelor level 
  • Good computer literacy i.e. every day user of MS Office applications and MS office operation system (Control Panel, Command prompt and Sharing Center)

Start: Beginning of March 2017
Contract type: Definite 3 months with extention possibility
Working hours: 12/5
Place of work: Budapest/Hungary
