Tech People is a European provider of technical skills permanent recruitment and temporary contracting services for multiple industries. 

We are now searching for a 


Ihr Aufgabengebiet:
  • Call and Incident Handling 
  • Provide first level call, email, and chat support to customer’s PC, including software and hardware related issues. 
  • Assign unsolved cases to the appropriate IT teams. 
  • Log all calls in the Helpdesk tracking database in English simultaneously with handling the call in GERMAN language 
  • Instruct users on ICT processes 
  • Help to improve and implement new technologies, tools, processes and policies 
  • Document new technical solutions 
  • Document and share best practices and with other colleagues 

Ihr Profil:
  • Fluent in German AND English 
  • 1+ Year experience in Call Center / Help Desk environment OR Education at bachelor level 
  • Good computer literacy i.e. every day user of MS Office applications and MS office operation system (Control Panel, Command prompt and Sharing Center)
  • Good typing skills (blind typing preferred)

Start: October 3, 2016
Form of work: Temporary - 3 shifts
Remuneration: very appealing
Place of work: Budapest/Hungary
Duration: 4 month
