On behalf of our multinational IT partners we are looking for a new colleague for Service Desk Manager position.
Service Desk Manager
- Supervises the training of employees and trainees from other areas;
- Checks and approves the expense sheets of his employees in accordance with the “Handling of Payments” guideline
- Ensures the essential quantity and quality of personal for the optimal operation
- Controls the work of direct subordinates especially in the position of Team Leader
- Monitors and checks the adherence to deadlines
- Develop the Customer Relationship with their designated customer-base and to deliver excellent customer satisfaction
- Fluency in English and German
- 3-5 years experience in delivery management as a Leader
- University or College degree
- Strong level of knowledge of more complex products appropriate to the customer base and understanding their application to the customer and the impact of problem on their business
- Strong level of people management skills
- Excellent knowledge of ITIL foundation
- Customer management skills
