Service Desk Agent with German knowledge (Networking field)
Main tasks, responsibilities:
- First level support in connection with the provision of LAN / WAN networking equipment (Cisco).
- Errors and project monitoring and reactivation monitoring.
- Ongoing communication with our partners- overseas phone calls and e-mails.
- Cooperation with internal and external service providers.
- Minimum secondary education
- Intermediate level of knowledge in German required (spoken and written).
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Customer-focused thinking, proactivity.
- Good problem solving skills
- Teamwork skills are an advantage.
- Intermediate level of English
- Experience with knowledge of basic networking.
- Related field experience.
