- Providing first level support in the operation of LAN-/WLAN networking tools (Cisco, Alcatel, Bintec).
- Pro-/re-active error-processing and monitoring.
- Continuous communication with our foreign partners via phone and e-mail.

- High school degree or equivalent
- At least intermediate German and English knowledge (oral and written)
- Confident user level MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Customer orientation, proactivity
