Service Desk Agent (with English + German/French)
- identify IT-related problems on customer side and support by e-mail and telephone as a 1st line helpdesk
- analyse requests and problems and discuss solutions with 2nd line support members
- be responsible for managing the ticket queues and solve actual matters within a short time
- provide detailed documentation in ticket system
- focus on customer satisfaction with effective problem solutions
You are the right candidate if
- you speak English and German OR French fluently
- you are a customer orientated and able to understand technical matters of the other party
- you are a person who has strong IT-interests; ready to learn new applications and solutions and has quick learning ability
