FELADAT
  • Registering of software and hardware related IT issues, dispatching them to specific solution teams
  • Solving basic IT and network related incidents
  • Monitoring network equipment (routers, switches) in automated systems
  • Proactive preempting of network outages
  • Logging of problems and solutions in ticketing systems
PROFIL
  • Fluency in English (min. level B2)
  • At least High school degree (advantage: university degree)
  • Willingness to work in multiple shifts (morning, afternoon and night, occasionally on weekends as well)
  • Affinity to quickly learn and use complex software
  • Result and client orientation
  • High level of independency, team spirit

Advantages:
