For our multinational client, a prestigious telecommunication company with worldwide presence, we are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join their Budapest-based business service center team.
- Ensure that a first class customer experience is offered for all customers whose orders touch the operational teams, by setting standards of performance and behaviour across all unit members - Own and drive the resolution of any issue allocated to ensure the correct and timely delivery of orders - Responsible for ensuring all KPI’s are delivered against agreed targets working with internal organisations to ensure that this is achieved, maintaining a high focus and drive on performance and operational jeopardy management - Leading improvement plans where customers are experiencing recurring issues - Leading initiatives for overall improvements in customer delivery using Root Cause Analysis and other tools
- Delivery Management experience in business service center preferably in the field of Telecommunication/IT - Fluency in English - Strong customer focus - Financial and global awareness - Excellence in planning, organisation and project management
