Service Delivery Manager





  • Responsible for in-life Service Management life cycle, customer relationship and satisfaction of a dedicated portfolio
  • Obligated to the successful provisioning of company’s services for multinational enterprise customers
  • Ensure that services are properly running, meeting customers’ requirements, and providing overall customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with customer representatives, service provisioning units, and all resolver groups that provide any elements of the service
  • Act as a Service trusted advisor and SPOC for customers’ issues
  • Defend and increase customer confidence and satisfaction 
  • Manage deliverables, SLAs, KPIs on all contracted services
  • Create and maintain a work environment which supports the continuous improvement of processes
  • Be in charge of process and service optimisation and automation
  • Implement effective training, reporting, process, and quality programs across the services


  • Fluent Italian and English language knowledge
  • At least 2 years of experience in client management, service delivery coordination and business process improvement
  • Experience in SSC/BSC environment is advantage
  • Proven stakeholder management practice and skills
  • Have ability to establish relationships at all levels of the business
  • Customer focused with a good understanding of business requirements
  • Strong influencing and decision-making ability
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-changing environment
