Senior Telephony Analyst - London

The Senior Telephony Analyst will be responsible for the day to day management of the TJX Europe voice infrastructure.

Tasked with preventing problems and resulting incidents, eliminating recurring incidents and minimising their impact in accordance with a process-based model (Information Technology Infrastructure Library, ITIL).

Integral in the delivery of new and existing Infrastructure to support the needs of the business.

Supporting Operations and Infrastructure in ensuring a stable and scalable environment exists to meet the evolving needs of the business. Providing appropriate communication to line management about incidents and resolutions, performing regulatory controls in accordance with published standards; Change Control. Liaise with TJX and third parties to resolve issues as effectively as possible and supporting colleagues on the implementation of new technology.

Key responsibilities include -
• Record and respond in a timely manner to all incidents logged in the incident management tool
• Perform disaster recovery and resilience testing
• Support Operations stability, providing reporting on key operational metrics
• Communicate all planned system downtime through the Service Desk
• Manage small to large scale projects as business requires
• Build strong stakeholder relationships with key departments
• Work in partnership with US division in delivering a global telephony platform

For this particular Analyst role we are specifically looking for the following skills -
• Experience of Avaya CMS programming (Vector / VDN)
• Experience of Avaya CS1000 programming
• Experience of VoIP
• Experience of managing third party vendor relationships
• Project management experience
• Network experience is desirable
• Creating and upkeep of key documentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to build strong working relationships
• Strong IT skills
• Excellent organisations skills
• Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
