FELADAT
  • Realisation of the Service Desk requirement according to call flow programming, adaptation and reporting
  • Preparation and updating of standard documents and publication and deposition of them on central platforms
  • Maintain the security and daty security concept for the ACD solution and colloberate with the related departments
  • Maintain the workers council approval and colloberate with the related departments
  • Monitoring of the server platform and taking over the End to End responsibility for the Avaya system in case of an incident
  • Communication and collaboration with the Avaya support specialists and other involved organisations
  • Development and implementation of ACD strategy and future oriented mode of operations
  • Total compliance on the agreed service levels, quality targets and customer satisfaction indexes
  • Ensure target achievement and continuous optimization of processes and quality
  • Order of new hard- and software for the ACD solution

PROFIL
  • University or college degree
  • Very good understanding of the operational and steering processes of a Service Desk
  • Detailed knowledge of a Service Desk tool landscape and related processes
  • Excellent skills in regards to internal (staff) and external (customer) communication
  • Understanding of ITIL processes, SLAs & OLAs
  • Knowledge about general Telecommunication rules and laws
  • Very good conceptual skills and analytical and creative talent
  • At least 5 years of working experience in similar position
  • Experiences in Incident, Problem and Change Management Process
  • Strong experiences in Supplier Management and Steering
  • Single-handed and team player
  • Flexibility and personal readiness for action and willingness to travel
  • Faithful and reliable
  • Readiness of mind and creativity
  • Enjoy to support and interested in further development

  • Solution-oriented, able to decide
  • Strong experiences within telecommunication technique
  • Familiar with hardware components from Avaya (Tier II), Cisco, Extreme

  • Oracle-data base understanding
  • Architecture and Design of complex telecommunication solution
  • Fluent knowledge of English and German
