  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with Service Delivery Managers, Incident Managers, Department Heads, Process Owners

  • Review and understand contractual obligation in customer contracts and ensure those are reflected correctly in our Tools

  • Work with technical teams to ensure system settings are translated correctly from contract to tool and remove any uncertainty

  • Work with Service Delivery Managers to ensure most recent contractual changes are running into a controlled change process

  • Implement a SLA Change Management routines that will ensure that contractual updates will be reflected automatically in our Systems

  • Work with E2E Senior Incident Managers to identify any areas of improvement opportunity

  • University/ college degree

  • Fluency in English

  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience

  • Experience with steak holder management

  • ITIL knowledge

  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills

  • System approach

  • Quick learner

  • Knowledge of Office tools
