Our client is a multinational flight company, for which we are looking for Senior Recruitment Manager to their Budapest-based center. We are searching for candidates with experience on the field of HR/Recruitment, preferably in Pilot/IT recruitment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Continuous analysis of competitor’s behaviour on the pilot recruitment market
  • Liaises with Head of Flight Operations, Senior Pilot Manager to obtain information about pilots demand
  • Sets recruitment targets based on pilots demand
  • Establishes short and long term recruitment strategies including detailed plans about crew composition
  • Develops Employee Value Proposition and Recruitment Marketing plan in cooperation with Marketing Department
  • Implements state of art talent sourcing techniques and tools
  • Plans and monitors recruitment events and the recruiter team
  • Develops contingency plans for periods with low applications or pass rate
  • Through the recruitment team, keeps record of all recruitment relevant data such as:
    o Applications in the system
    o Invited candidates
    o Recruitment results
    o Initial training failures
    o Resignation Data

Requirements:

  • 5 years’ experience in recruiting staff with a scarce qualification (Aviation, IT or other specific sector facing talent shortage)
  • Business or HR university degree
  • Ability to work in a high pressure environment
  • Ability to analyse and develop strategies
  • Minimum 2 years of international recruitment management experience
  • Advanced MS outlook knowledge
  • Advanced level of English language
  • Ability to work in a dynamic team
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Ability to set priorities
  • Good creativity
  • Problem solving is second nature
  • Moderate geographical mobility for business travel
  • Eastern-European work experience is an advantage
