We are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer for our multinational partner, who has a leading position in the Hungarian telecommunication market.
- Accountable for the offered network and service quality - Assure right E2E KPI monitoring , negative trend detection and lead improvements plans to support deployment and engineering functions in strong cooperation with Network Planning & optimization and Service Assurance Centre teams - Coordinate in-depth analysis of performance E2E KPIs and propose technology actions to improve NPS in strong cooperation with Network Planning & optimization - Lead NPS review meeting with the customer operation unit - Deliver deep competitive analysis for Hungarian market in strong cooperation with Network Planning & Optimization team - Deep investigations of NPS score, identifying the rationales of detractors’ volumes, put in place delight actions per market to improve NPS in strong cooperation with Network Planning & optimization and Service Assurance Centre teams - Engage Large Enterprise customers for quality purposes in strong cooperation with Technology Enterprise team
- BSc. in Computer/Industrial/Electrical & Electronics Engineering - Lean Six Sigma – black belt - At least 5 years working experience - Previous process and project management experience is an advantage - Knowledge of customer survey and benchmarking methods is an advantage - Strong oral and verbal English knowledge - Highly motivated, customer focused individual - Business mindset - Outstanding stakeholder management skills
