Senior Procurement Administrator

  • Provide coordination and administrative support to the EMEA category managers
  • Input vendor data, obtain business and stakeholder validations, and liaise with vendors as necessary
  • Interface the AP process, PO and invoice audit/issue resolution, initiate RFXs
  • Ensure all contracts and data are entered to ARIBA
  • Prepare cover letters and renewals for buyers and vendors
  • Hand out savings and spend analytics, generate spend visibility reports
  • Coordination of overall vendor audit process, including portfolio maintenance, coordination of audit scheduling etc.
  • Manage department subscriptions, renewals, requests, issue POs and track spend
  • Support category leadership in all aspects of category management strategy development and implementation
  • Review department budget and transfer data to charts and graphs for tracking purposes
  • University or College degree
  • Fluency in English (written and oral)
  • 2-3 years of experience in a procurement related field
  • User level experience of SAP and ARIBA tool
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment
  • Positive self-motivated attitude
