Our well known multinational client is a prestigious telecommunication company both in the UK and in the world. The company is providing IT and communications services to its multinational clients and government organisations in nearly 200 countries worldwide.
This is the perfect opportunity for talented, spirited candidates to join one of the world’s biggest multinational telecommunication companies as a Senior Payroll / HR Professional.
• Run and coordinate the whole payroll process for Hungary, controlling on SNCR payroll activity
• Acting as a first point of contact for the payroll company
• Ad hoc HR or payroll administration tasks
• Creating, launching and reviewing SLAs and payroll KPIs
• Managing the allowance and overtime questions
• Participating in the development of processes/products/services to support business strategies and correct payroll
• Creating payroll training and delivering payroll trainings for all staff
• Creating reports
Elvárások / Requirements
• At least 3 years of experience at multinational companies
• Fluency in English
• Deep knowledge of payroll processes and legal rules
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Strong analytical skill
• Project Management knowledge is an advantage
