Our Client is a multinational company in the IT sector. To their team in Budapest we are looking for

Senior IT Recruiter.

Position overview

  • Ownership of end-to-end recruitment process for Budapest and Europe
  • Build and strengthen relationships with hiring managers through resource planning, job specification and on-going talent pooling
  • Deliver results against SLAs, KPIs and team objectives
  • Team player, able to communicate effectively with all levels, up through executive management
  • Innovative and creative approach to identifying passive recruitment methods
  • Outstanding ability to research and identify innovative and cost effective advertising vehicles
  • Negotiating and closing candidates
  • Engaging with the business and employees to help drive employee referrals
  • Challenge the norm by analysing data and implementing process improvements across the recruitment function
  • Implement and enforce compliance with all applicable internal processes and policies and legal requirements
  • Ensure 100% data accuracy of recruitment database. Track and analyse statistical recruiting data to determine effectiveness of recruiting activities, including time to hire and cost per hire
  • Cooperation with recruitment agencies and managing long-term relations
  • Support Team growth by experience and knowledge sharing
  • Be leader, mentor and expert for Team colleagues


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing end-to-end IT recruitment projects
  • Fluent English skills (spoken and written) are mandatory
  • Proven track record sourcing, interviewing, and attracting passive candidates
  • Ability to cold-call and build relationships by phone
  • Experience partnering and influencing Senior Hiring Managers and Executives throughout the recruiting cycle
  • Strong ability to multi task and handle competing priorities
  • Working knowledge of ATS and sourcing tools and technologies
  • Be able to work efficiently and accurately when under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Experience in analysing information, making recommendations and influencing the end result
  • Experience in leading the team will be considered as an asset
  • Implementing and monitoring actions to meet KPIs
  • Credibility and ability to gain buy-in from stakeholders
  • Can-do attitude, proactive, accountable, attention to details and understanding importance of data accuracy
