  • Handle and document all incoming emails and phone calls
  • Provide technical assistance to users via phone or email
  • Dealing with issues reported by other support teams
  • Taking ownership of incidents or escalation, including follow up and partner liaison
  • Provide support for more complex issues
  • Taking ownership for the resolution of an issue
  • Contribute actively to service improvement initiatives
  • Fluency in English
  • At least intermediate knowledge in German language
  • Preferably 2 year experience in IT helpdesk
  • Strong technical and IT background
  • Customer focused mindset and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in shifts!
