Senior HR Coordinator
we are looking for colleagues


  • The Senior HR coordinator is accountable to deliver highly-effective HR support to GBS (Global Business Services: credit, finance, IT, procurement and HR administration) and CSG (Central Support Group).
  • Main areas: workforce planning, recruitment, talent management, compensation, restructuring, productivity improvement, organizational development, communication, employee data management, general HR issues.


  • University or college degree or equivalent.
  • Relevant experience in similar HR role.
  • Fluency in Hungarian and proficiency in English is a must.
  • Labor law knowledge.
  • Superior PC skills.
  • Strong communicator (excellent verbal and written communication skills).
  • Accurate and structured.
  • Ability to build strong contacts and relationships.
  • Mindset oriented to team work and process improvement.
  • Customer focus.
  • People values: respect, equality, confidentiality, integrity.
  • Clear criminal records are required. Request for certificate will be processed by the company.


  • Job location: Székesfehérvár
  • Fixed-term contract (10 months)
