Our Client is multinational Shared Service Center. On behalf of them we are looking for their new Senior HR Business Partner who will provide quality HR support for their business unit in Budapest by implementing and maintaining global HR directives.


You will be the senior member of the HR team (3 members). You will report directly to the Managing Director locally and to the Regional HR Director.

The purpose of your job will be:
• supporting the employees on HR activities (~100 employees)
• engaging and supporting business plan development and deployment in Hungary
• taking an active and value creating role in the development of the organization, leaders and teams within the organization

You key responsibilities will include:
• Proactive drive of the people agenda in the business unit by translating the business plans into people/organizational initiatives
• Representing and safeguarding the company values
• Proactively drive organizational/cultural change processes
• Proactively drive workforce planning for the business unit
• Execute on Strategic Recruitments
• Facilitate the deployment of global yearly HR processes in the business unit and ensure to obtain full value from the processes (performance management, motivation survey, organizational review)
• Facilitate the deployment of global HR programs/concepts and tools like graduate program, talent program, succession and talent Flow processes etc.
• Coaching and sparring of senior managers and management teams
• Ensure the general delivery of HR support to the business unit: ie. performance evaluations, recruitments, advise on legal aspects
• Contribute to the further development and implementation of the future HR Operating Model
• Being ambassador in the business for the HR 4 tier model, Being ambassador for global HR concepts and tools and contributing feedback on business perspectives


Professional requirements:
• 5-10 years HR or consulting experience in various roles
• Experience with global, multicultural and matrix organisation(s) is must have, experience with shared service organisations will be considered as an advantage
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• University/College degree (preferably saster degree in HR and/or Business administration)
