The company publishes a daily national newspaper and runs multiple websites and mobile products including RACINGPOST.com . It also has an iPad newspaper app and a growing syndication operation as well as two weekly newspapers and a books division. The business employs approximately 280 permanent staff and also hires freelancers and contractors.
The business has invested significantly in the development of digital services for both existing and potential markets. Racing Post is a leading digital publisher with a number of world-class websites, spearheaded by RACINGPOST.com, that includes an online subscription service. Racing Post has developed award-winning mobile and tablet products which are crucial in extending the appeal of the brand to a new audience. In addition to racing-related products, the company is also expanding its digital product range into sports such as football.

We are currently looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to implement the digital marketing strategy to significantly and measurably drive business growth across our digital products.
In this role you will design and coordinate all marketing campaigns for digital products you are responsible for. These may include advertising, sales promotion, loyalty schemes, incentives and cross promotion.
You will work with relevant partners including external suppliers (agencies, printers) and internal departments (graphics desk, editorial, customer data hub) to deliver your campaigns with an emphasis on creativity and delivering specific objectives.
The ideal candidate hold a degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or Business related subject and have experience in executing innovative and creative marketing campaigns. They will have a passion for digital products and a high level of web literacy
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail is a key requisite of this role as is the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines. Previous experience of sports betting and horseracing is desirable.
