Senior Customer Support Team Leader

Responsibilities:
  • Provide directions, instructions and guidance to the team to achieve the goals
  • Act as a motivator and decision maker to ensure that the group is working efficiently and in unity
  • Ensure the proper implementation of new customer service structures and procedures
  • Assist with planning/organizing the proper coverage and align staffing
  • Supervise the quality assurance process and related training of staff members to ensure quality customer service
  • Provide constructive feedback - coach, mentor, motivate and evaluate the performance of the team on a regular basis
  • Participate in recruitment activities
  • Act as a backup of the manager if needed
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of supervisory/team lead experience in a similar field
  • Experience in managing at least a team of 15-20
  • Experience in coordinating senior colleagues
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • High level of computer literacy (MS Office)
  • Strong people management skills and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work in shifts
