Our client is one of the leading multinational Business Service Centers in Budapest. On behalf of them, we are looking for a Senior Customer Service Manager to lead an operation supporting German speaking countries.
- Drive partner satisfaction by delivering cost-effective and quality services - Manage and operation of approx. 60 FTEs - Track and analyse key performance and quality management indicators - Initiate, support, lead improvement opportunities - Develop and motivate direct reports and ensure the BSC's people management policies are applied on the managed functional area - Ensure proper sourcing and management of human resources - Act as budget holder of the managed functional area and ensure operation is running within the planned budget
- Proven experience in management of operational processes covering the area of Customer Service - At least 5 years experience in people management is a must - At least intermediate/conversational German and fluent business English skills - Excellent presentation skills and ability represent their sector/department at a high level internally within the organisation and with customers - Strategic thinking and system approach - Excellent people management skills
