Senior CRM Executive

Centurycomm Ltd is a media company which focuses on horseracing, greyhounds, football and sports betting. The company publishes a daily national newspaper and runs multiple websites and mobile products including . It also has an iPad newspaper app and a growing syndication operation as well as two weekly newspapers and a books division. The business employs approximately 280 permanent staff and also hires freelancers and contractors.

The business has invested significantly in the development of digital services for both existing and potential markets. Racing Post is a leading digital publisher with a number of world-class websites, spearheaded by, which includes an online subscription service. Racing Post has developed award-winning mobile and tablet products which are crucial in extending the appeal of the brand to a new audience. In addition to racing-related products, the company is also expanding its digital product range into sports such as football.

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Data Hub as a Senior CRM Executive. Reporting to the Head of Insight and Innovation you will be a key player in helping to drive customer acquisition, conversion and retention for all Racing Post products through the delivery of targeted customer communications.

In addition to your main objective of driving the CRM programme you will also support the Head of Insight and Innovation with the creation and distribution of surveys as well as the commissioning and project management of research projects. The aim is to continuously learn more about current and potential Racing Post customers.

This role will be pivotal in attracting and supporting new users on Racing Post platforms, increasing loyalty among existing users and ultimately optimising the lifetime revenue of Racing Post's customers.

The Customer Data Hub is a team that serves the business by managing the TRAM process of Tracking' usage behaviour, Reporting' this insight to stakeholders and using it to Action' communications with the goal to Monetise' Racing Post's products and services as well as possible.

The ideal candidate will have a marketing or business related qualification or equivalent. They will have proven experience of working within CRM/Email marketing and or campaign management, as well as being able to demonstrate experience in working with databases, segmentation and marketing platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication will be essential, as well as the ability to effectively manage projects, organise and prioritise
