  • Analysis of customer base usage and behaviour, track and evaluate campaign results, draw conclusions, visualize the results and present suggestions to business decision makers
  • Identify and develop new, efficient and customer obsessed way of targeting and operating
  • CRM activities based on Social Network Analyses and other CRM models
  • Manipulation and analysis of large and complex datasets
  • Identify triggers and affinities for different up- and cross-sell activities
  • Build up new targeted marketing campaign prototypes
  • Discover hidden relationships and provide actionable insights
  • Visualize / Present the suggestions to the decision makers
  • Be an active member of the development of Big Data environment
  • 3+ years Data mining/CRM/BI experience
  • 3+ years experience in SQL environment
  • Fluent English knowledge in written and oral
  • Passion for quality and for best execution
  • Business acumen
  • Customer-oriented, resourceful, flexible, quick-thinking and enthusiastic
Good to have:
  • Professional and/or academic experience in Big Data analytics & deployment of models and algorithms to solve real-world problems (with deep statistical modelling expertise)
  • Experience in digital data sets (e.g., social listening, social network analysis)
  • Strong knowledge of Big Data Technology platforms and key analytics and visualisation tools
  • Oracle database experience
  • Telco industry experience
