Senior Analyst - Swindon, City, SN3 1TA

We need:
•A Process Design Consultant in our Swindon Head Office
•£23,836 -£30,457 depending on skills and experience
•This is a permanent full time position - 35 hours per week
•Please note that within this role for the first 6months you will be required to travel to Sheffield 3/4days per week (Costs covered)
In this role you will be responsible for the end to end delivery of processes onto the workflow systems in Customer Operations, working closely with Operational teams to configure telephony workflow to meet business needs.

Who we're looking for
•You will have knowledge and experience of CISCO IPCC scripting and administration, third party cloud solutions and Verint
•You will also have experience and knowledge of the organisations risk framework
•With good communication skills both written and verbal, you will display good influencing and networking skills and be able to organise and facilitate workshops and deliver presentations
•You will be able to work independently.
•You will use your problem solving and investigative skills every day, with the ability to fully understand new processes, procedures and systems

What you'll be doing
You will be part of a virtual team - defining, mapping, configuring and implementing processes onto telephony workflow solutions in line with divisional operational model in a precise and consistent manner by understanding the functionality of systems being configured - eg IPCC, Verint. You will have the ability to validate and question requests from Operational areas for change to processes in a structured manner, escalating exceptions to the line manager and Process Design Authority.

You will also manage relevant stakeholders as part of BAU support and adhoc change requests including the Internal IT Support team, Operational Team Managers and SMEs. Working with relevant functions including SDM and CIA this role will ensure that improvement through lean improvement and knowledge are implemented effectively, contributing to the continual improvement of process design.
