We are looking for experienced finance managers for our multinational Client. The main responsibilities are to ensure the timely processing of invoices, financial journals and supporting the vendor management function.
- Directly manage a team of 10 and support the financial operations and vendor management activities within the EMEA region
-Manage the lease admin team ensuring all invoices are paid
-Managing the migration of accounting function from local country teams across EMEA
-Establishing best practices for migrated processes. Re-engineer and standardize the migrated functions to ensure compliance with agreed best practice
-Creating and maintaining processes and process guides for operations team to follow. Train team members to ensure proficiency in full range of migrated functions
-Establish SLAs and KPIs to ensure effectiveness of lease admin team. Maintain monitoring and reporting initiative to ensure all targets are met and provide management reporting metrics
-Managing the lease admin team in processing rent, landlord demands, real estate tax demands, insurance, etc.
-Maintenance and further development of the invoice management EMEA wide Vendor Database including vendor exclusions (Landlords, utility companies, etc.)
-Develop vendor, contract and bid exception reporting tool- set
-Managing maintenance of Procurement & Vendor Management SharePoint site and shared drives up to date and ensuring compliance with the Records Management Policy
*The position contains 10% of travelling
-6-8+ years of working experience
-Minimum 2-3 years of experience in managing teams
-Good IT background in areas such as MS Office, SharePoint, etc.
-Knowledge of real estate industry. (preferable not necessary)
-Strong knowledge of English, both spoken and written
-Strong leadership & people management skills
-Strong negotiating, strategic planning, and communications skills
