Main responsibilities include:
- Define and plan resources for the transition clearly identifying the activities, timelines, roles and responsibilities and monitor the engagement on an ongoing basis. - Detailing of process, technology and infrastructure ('As Is' and 'Target State') and actual transition - Develop structured training methodology - Support Business Office with ad-hoc requests. - Provide website and/or SharePoint support as needed. - Draft and/or distribute communications. - Process Management
- Good understanding of ITIL practices - Metrics creation and presentation - Provide a strong coordination for all required tactical and strategic initiatives in support of our customer - Awareness of information security, control/risk management and knowledge of software delivery lifecycle. - Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel, Power Point - Understanding of Arcsight SIEM product features - Ability to design and present business processes - Strong communication and meeting facilitation skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong sense of responsibility and ability to communicate with all levels of staff and management are also essential - Must have good work ethic to follow documented process
