The company has manufacturing presence in Asia and Europe, and exports to over 118 countries. Powered by its key brands - Apollo and Vredestein, the company offers a comprehensive product portfolio spread across passenger car, light truck, truck-bus, off highway and bicycle tyres, retreading material and retreaded tyres.


  • organizing, coordinating and controlling the manufacture of semi-finished / finished products
  • analysing the performance of the production area, presenting the results
  • preparing / leading special projects to minimizing scrap ratio and controlling costs
  • controlling the scrap ratio and costs of products
  • developing the work methods for the sake of easier and more efficient work
  • developing the work environment and equipment
  • keeping in touch with the Business Unit Head in order to ensure continuous manufacturing and the quality goals
  • preparing reports on current results and problems if it is necessary
  • assessing the Safety / Quality risks of the Unit in order to decreasing and eliminating them
  • preparing / using training materials, organising and providing training sessions
  • separating the relevant product and immediate reporting to BUH, in case of product or process nonconformity
  • keeping contacts with other Unit - Areas, ensuring effective information flow for providing feedback on the data of the possible non-conformities found and for their more effective handling
  • purchasing and ordering the instruments needed for the production involving commercial
  • keeping the instructions related to the safe work environment, checking the observation of these instructions
  • managing and controlling the databases related to the production
  • This position will work in shift modell ( 3 shifts)


Required skills

  • Higher Education in Engineering
  • English knowledge
  • Lean Mfg. experience
  • Tyre or Automotive Industry Experience is an advantage
  • At least 3 year experience in relevant position
