Scandinavian Customer Service Agent

Responsibilities:

• Handling customer complaints and questions received in writing
• Communicate effectively with our customers and suppliers via email
• Resolve the appearing problems
• Keeping contact with customer centres of other countries

Requirements:

• Secondary education finished
• Higher education or 1-2 years experience in customer service is an advantage
• At least intermediate knowledge in English and Norwegian
• Understanding Danish and Swedish in writing
