We are looking for candidates for the following position:


SAP CRM Consultant


Summary of Job Purpose:

As a SAP CRM Consultant, you are responsible for ensuring the ongoing operation in the area of SAP CRM systems. You are responsible for the implementation of new requirements from various specialist areas. The activities include the design of solutions and their implementation in the components used in SAP CRM system. Furthermore, coordination of the 2nd level support, coordination with 3rd level support, handling of change requests and project management of CRM projects will be part of your job.



  • Taking over the process and service responsibilities in SAP CRM
  • Recording and implementation (including customization) of technical requirements in cooperation with the specialized agencies, ensuring integration with existing SAP Services
  • Operation and maintenance (LifeCycle / 2nd Level Support / Incident Management ) SAP CRM applications (including SAP webshop) within the defined area of your responsibility
  • Support of key users within the defined area of your responsibility
  • Project and sub-project management / leadership of internal and external resources



  • Good command of English, spoken and written and at least Basic user of German
  • 5 years of relevant experience with SAP CRM
  • College or University degree in business administration and/or computer science with SAP or Management and business specialization
  • Complete overview of CRM processes. In depth knowledge in CRM Sales, Marketing, Web channel, Analytics, Campaign Management etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and strong conceptual thinking and acting
  •  Initiator personality, assertiveness, ability to work independently, motivation for high level of performance
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes

Travel expectations: Yes, to Zurich Switzerland as needed. (50%)
