Serves as a liaison between the business (primarily HR) and the IT delivery resources in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs and support business processes.
Possesses expertise in human resources management and processes, as well as an in-depth understanding of the IT systems (primarily SAP) and capabilities.
Has a thorough understanding of the human resources processes and flows, to enable the analysis of business requirements, to understand their strengths, weaknesses and pain points, to determine opportunities to increase efficiency of processes and functions, and to develop solutions for the business functions.
Assists in the business process (re-)design and documentation as needed so as to ensure alignment with technology.
Translates high level business requirements into functional specifications for the IT delivery resources and leads changes to such specifications (through projects).
Educates the IT resources on the direction of the business. Equally, educates super-users on IT capabilities.
Possesses an understanding of technological trends and uses this knowledge to bring solutions to business units supported to enhance the enterprise s plans.
Involved in security/authorization set-up, user documentation, data interface design, data migration and reconciliation.
Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and stability of project oriented work efforts.
Uses project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet the business expectations.
Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, performing quality review; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately.
Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans to meet the project objectives.

7 years+ in SAP HCM/ SAP HR
SAP HR/HCM Support and Configuration experience
SAP HCM/HR (for consistency, keep the HR/HCM order) 2nd line Support experience
SAP HCM Certification (Preferred)
Key core modular experience in Personnel Administration (SAP PA), Personnel Development, (SAP PD), Organizational Management (SAP OM) and Enterprise Compensation Management (SAP ECM) - Essential
SAP Payroll (SAP PY) and SAP TM (SAP Time Management) - Preferred
Something about SAP LSO as well (learning solution)
Additionally, knowledge about new generation systems is a plus
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Analytical with excellent problem solving skills
Ability to deal with ambiguity and change within a fast paced environment
Be computer literate
Fluency in written and spoken English, other languages will be an advantage
