The SAP Administrator supports the SAP implementation project.
The position reports to the Customer Care Coordinator and works together with similar positions within the European Customer Care support organization.
- Support of the Customer Care activities for Germany, France, UK and Spain;
- Manage allocated Customer accounts and regions, and back up other regions;
- Executes relevant security checks on Customer Accounts;
- Work in the Fót Customer service environment and learns all systems related to the SAP
- Where necessary be familiar with export controls and customs regulations, shipping practices for export shipments, payment terms and INCO terms;
- Maintain tidy and effective working environment;
- Comply with Company's compliance policy.
- Fluent English is a must, plus Spanish language knowledge is advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
- Conscientious and tidy worker, with ability to concentrate for extended periods of time;
- Excellent communication and analytical skills;
- Good soft skills when dealing with external and internal customers;
- Team player attitude, takes responsibility for his/her part in the European project;
- Demonstrated skill in formal problem solving processes and tools;
