Description of position:    To ensure that the team responds to client needs in a timely and accurate manner within committed timeframes.

Duties:    Responsibilities

Business and Operation

• Drives successful implementation of new processes and tools to ensure smooth execution and delivery

• Manages workload of the team to achieve balanced distribution of work

• Ensures operating procedures (business controls, internal quality) are maintained, understood and followed by team members

• Identifies training needs for team and follows up on progress and integration of newcomers


• Participates on interviews with manager or leads individually and reports back to manager

• Contributes with detailed written performance feedback to management during appraisal process

• Runs regular team meetings to promote team spirit, collegiality and collaboration


• Serves as an interface and primary contact with Sales Support and related brand

• Anticipates client's needs and requirements

• Resolves questions and issues with client by handling escalations on first (operational) level

Requirements, skills:    Required

•- Bachelor's Degree

•- Strong planning and organizational skills

•- Advanced MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills

•- English: Fluent

•- Norwegian: Fluent


•- Business/Management background

•- Master's Degree

•- Experience in Shared Services Center

•- Knowledge of any other Nordic Language knowledge

Known languages:    Fluent English and Norwegian knowledge (knowledge of any other Nordic Language knowledge is a plus)
