Sales Support Engineer

  • Close cooperation with equipment sales engineers and factory technical support team
  • Keep in touch with customers, designers, suppliers in technical related questions
  • Use the companys selection software for selecting the units
  • Prepare price calculations and quotations, use TCPA for ROI calculations when required
  • Register equipment quotations in SalesLogiX, CCTKS quotations in DFSD keep the database up to date, report any issues he might find to the system administrator
  • Prepare order file and send it to the factory and finance team
  • Register every order in Oracle, update customer requested delivery date in the system
  • Handle orders in the system and update intranet database accordingly
  • Prepare order confirmation and delivery notice
  • Request production/delivery time from factory and follow up with production support
  • Prepare POs for the subcontractors
  • Organize logistics, communicate delivery date to the customer, request EKAER number
  • Invoice the delivered equipment on the date of the delivery, prepare advance payment requests, advance payment invoices
  • Prepare and send project documentation to customers
  • Cooperate with customers, factory and fulfillment regarding equipment delivery
  • Prepare sales forecast on a weekly basis
  • Any other task related to equipment stream according to managers instructions
  • Technical degree from a university or college, preferably HVAC
  • Good communication and negotiations skills
  • Able to work transparently, without close supervision
  • Simultaneous execution of multiple tasks
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Open, optimistic, can do attitude
  • Able to keep deadlines
  • Proactive and target oriented
  • Able to work under pressure
  • 2-3 years experience in similar work
  • Experience of administrative and logistic area
  • Native Hungarian
  • Fluency in English
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, Outlook software
