Our multinational client in the FMCG sector is looking for a new Sales team member in the following role:
The ideal candidate has an outgoing, dynamic personality and able to work on his/her own.
-Develop, formulate, coordinate and implement all retail sales activities and recommend trade marketing actions according to international guidelines
-Create and check (neatness, availability) POSM according to the POS classification and merchandising in general
-Develop local POS promotional actions and implement incentive actions in order to motivate and create real partnership between trade, partners and the company.
-Build a regular communication with the partner sales force to improve cooperation at POS
-Execute training program on regular basis for the POS sales personnel within or outside the POS
-Ensure that all commercial B2C activities are managed according to the business principles and operating guidelines
-Perform promotional days at selected POS aiming to experience productivity challenges, gain costumers and store insight.
-Proven track record in handling Key Account partners
-Sales related experience with premium products
-Fluent English and Hungarian in written and in verbal communication
-Able to travel within Hungary
