Pozíció leírása / Job description

On behalf of our multinational Client we are looking for a Sales Project Specialist who will be responsible for the implementation of new sales channels, continuous development and management of support functions dedicated to the channels through the help of the employees working in the given function.

Feladatok:

Important to know, that the Sales Project Specialist will be working from the office and won't meet clients in person on daily basis.

- successfully manage the Sales Support function that has been allocated to him/her
- contribute to the execution of sales strategies defined by the Client,
- responsibility for the implementation of Customer Care projects, for coordinating the liaison with customer service; for the design, control and operation of sales, Front office team reports and for the design and operation of related processes (entry-exit process, contracting and support to keeping records of contracts) within the Sales Support function,
- train, support and liaise with the sales points/channels that have been allocated to him; maintain continuous contact, visits, support; ensure the availability of tools, information materials, forms, marketing materials necessary for the service of the sales channels on a continuous basis and monitor their performance,
- support and training to the sales channels that have been allocated to him,
- regular liaison with key partners (written and oral communication) and fulfill reporting obligations,
- implement incentive programs designed by the Client,
- manage and solve problems arising in connection with the functions that have been allocated to him,
- collect market information and forward it to the management,
- complete all prevailing administrative tasks in a timely manner,
- prepare weekly reports and plans on a continuous basis,


Elvárások:

- college / university degree,
- at least 2-3 years experience gained in a similar field,
- advantage: telecommunication experience, Contact center experience preferably in sales area , experience in the development and operation of a distribution network,
- strong IT skills: MS Office (chiefly MS Excel, MS PowerPoint),
- conversational English skills (fluent)
