Financial company is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced candidate for the following role:
The Sales Manager will play a vital role in contributing to the growth and expansion of the financial network focusing on the Retail Industry segment comprising 25-100 locations. This person will be responsible for aggressively hunting and building a network within these segments and be able to deliver results quickly.
- Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships
- Implements sales program by developing field sales action plans
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities
- Prospect, recruit, and foster strong relationships with location partners
- Develop and implement ideas to streamline and improve the efficiency of our business development processes and systems
- Bachelor Degree
- Fluent in English
- Possess a "Hunter" mentality, strong sales, presentation and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategic initiatives into detailed operating plans
- Ability to work autonomously and also prove to be a valuable team-player
- Collaborative, diplomatic, results drive, and flexible personality
- Minimum of 2 years work experience within a sales or business development environment.
